   We require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. If the campsite agrees to cancel your booking, we will not issue a refund of this deposit. However, if the cancellation is made by the campsite at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time, we will issue a credit for the deposit that can be used for a future booking.

   Please note that any cancellations made less than 48 hours before your scheduled check-in time will not be eligible for a credit.
